Load Tests:

Anytime you install a new crane or do a major rebuild or repair of a hoist or crane you are required by OSHA
to complete a load test. We offer complete load testing services including test weights 

Inspections: 

OSHA requires that all cranes be inspected at least once per year. OSHA’s requirements for what must be inspected are very specific. We have taken the time to develop an inspection process that ensures that you are in compliance with the OSHA standards. Our inspection reports detail every requirement that OSHA makes and addresses each.

In addition to keeping you in compliance our inspections also keep you running. By doing a comprehensive inspection we are able to catch many underlying problems before they cause your crane to go down.

There are many companies out there doing crane inspections that are not qualified to perform repairs.  Total Tool is qualified to fix any problems that are identified during an inspection. In fact in many cases we simply correct simple problems during the inspection. This saves you time and money.
